Discount codes won’t work if you are trying to use a discount code on top of the subscription discount code. 

If you have placed an order and your code didn’t go through, you will need to contact our team via email or through our online chat and they can halp verify the issue and refund the difference.

If your discount code is not working and you have double checked the spelling, it might be an old code that we have removed due to inactivity for a long time and to clean things up on our end.

If this has happened to you, contact our team and provide the code you tried to use, they will confirm if it is a valid old code or advise if this is no longer valid.
