How to sign up for a subscription?

It’s super easy! We love subscription services because your items will get delivered directly to your door and you get 25% off your first order and 20% off every recurring order after that. All you need to do is select which products you want, click

Can I change flavours on my subscription?

Yes, you can change the flavours or products with every subscription delivery. Go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and you can edit your orders there. If this isn’t working please email us, or get in touch using our online chat.

How much discount do I get by subscribing?

When you subscribe, you get 25% off your first order and 20% off every recurring order after that!.

Can I change how often my orders get sent out?

Sure can! Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and amend the delivery date. Our top-up options are every 15 days, every 30 days or every 60 days.

Can I use a buy now pay later service for my subscriptions?

These payment options are not available for subscription orders as they are run through a separate payment gateway. If anything changes in the future that will be updated on our FAQ page.

Why doesn't my discount code work on subscriptions?

As our subscription already includes a discount, we’re not able to offer additional discount codes on top of this. You are however able to make a one-off purchase with your discount code separate to your subscription.

Can I change my subscription delivery address or payment details?

Yes! Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change these details under Billing Information. If this isn’t working please email us or use our online chat and our team will help you sort it.

How do I change the delivery date for my subscription?

Just go to My Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change to your preferred date under Delivery Schedule. If this isn’t working please email us or get in touch using our online chat.

How will I know when my next suscription is being sent?

You will receive a reminder email from us approximately three days before your order is processed and sent. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email, and another email with your delivery information.
