Our products do not contain any nuts. We currently do not manufacture any products that contain nuts in our facility. However, we aren’t ‘certified’ as a nut free facility or make any claims that we are.

Why do you have Maltodextrin in your products?

Maltodextrin is an ingredient of one of our raw materials which is Coconut Milk Powder. It is not added on the final ingredient but rather a declaration of the ingredient from the coconut milk powder ingredient.

Are Dose & Co. products vegan?

Our collagen products are derived from Bovine or Marine collagen, sourced from animal by-products, and as such are not vegan or suitable for vegans. There are currently no true vegan sources of collagen as plants do not contain collagen only animal p

Our Pure Collagen, Marine Collagen, Beauty Collagens and Dairy Free Vanilla Collagen are all keto-friendly.

Are Dose products cruelty-free?

Our collagen is sustainably sourced from animals that have been found fit for human consumption. We use byproducts so we do not slaughter specifically for our products. The association of the European gelatine industry is convinced that raw material

The DF Vanilla creamer lists Monk Fruit as an ingredient on the tub but not online, why is that?

Our Dairy Free Vanilla Collagen Creamer does not contain monk fruit, there was a printing error with some of our tubs. We’re so sorry for the confusion.

Do your products contain soy?

Only the dairy collagen creamers and collagen proteins contain soy (coming from lecithin component of wholemilk powder). The DF creamers do not contain soy and also its flavors.

Is Dose & Co. FDA Approved?

Our manufacturer is FDA registered and has been audited by the FDA, however theres no FDA approval required for dietary supplements.

How many grams of niacinamide is in the marine collagen? Is there any Hyaluronic acids?

Our formulation for Marine Collagen does not contain Niacin or Hyaluronic Acid. Aside from the collagen, only Vitamin C is added in.

Are there hormones in your collagen?

Certain growth promoting hormones, are legally approved for use in the US cattle industry, however, we can confirm we do not add or use hormones or steroids during the Gelatin manufacturing process.

What type of collagen does Dose & Co. contain?

All Dose & Co products contain Bovine Collagen with the exception of our Marine Collagen.

What is your marine collagen made from?

Our Marine Collagen is derived from the skin and bones of saltwater fish. (catfish, cod and tilapia)

What is your bovine collagen made from?

Our Bovine Collagen is derived from the skin/hide of grass fed cows.

Do you use hydrolyzed collagen?

Yes. Our Bovine Collagen is hydrolyzed collagen – also called collagen peptides. This type of collagen has been processed into tiny particles so that it is highly absorbable in your body.

Do your products contain verisol?

Yes. Verisol is a type of Hydrolyzed collagen that is said to contain higher quality collagen and is bio-active.

Do your products contain Hyaluronic acid?

Our Beauty Collagen products contain Hyaluronic Acid.

Do all your products contain Biotin?

No our products do not contain Biotin.

Do you include any estrogen compounds in your ingredients?

No ingredients are tested for Estrogen and no levels are advised in our products

Is there any gelatin in your products?

Our products contain hydrolyzed collagen, which is also known to be hydrolyzed gelatin. If you have any known allergies, we recommend speaking with your health professional before adding anything new to your diet.

Do your products contain sulfites?

Sulfites are part of the Collagen process and has a strict limit of 10ppm which our Collagen supplier complies with. NZ has a limit of <10ppm and Europe/US operates to 10ppm>

Is your collagen protein an isolate version?

No. Our Collagen Proteins contain Whey Powder and Whey Protein Concentrate, not isolates.

Do your products contain tryptophan?

Collagen in general does not contain Amino Acid Tryptophan as it is an incomplete protein.

Does your marine collagen have any other excipients/bulking agents not listed in the ingredients?

No bulking ingredients - it is made with 100% marine collagen powder & 100% Vitamin C/Ascorbic Acid

Are your products manufactured in a shellfish free facility?

Yes, all of our products are manufactured in a shellfish free facility.
