Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from our warehouse and then sent to our carriers for delivery. We trust your order will be delivered soon.
You can get in touch with the courier through the tracking link that inside your email that was sent when we dispatched your product, they will be able to give you the most up to date inforormation and be able to help you.
Or you can get in touch with our team via email or our online chat and we will do what we can to help.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after the expected delivery date please reach back out to us so we can look into the matter.
